Dominick De Leone
Coach
@domdeleone
Dominick grew up in the Bend area in Oregon where, not realizing how spoiled he was to be ski two days a week during the winter, and water ski two days a week all summer, on top of his soccer and track and field (lets be honest, just field) career. He joined a crossFit gym in 2017 and quickly fell in love with the community, and competitive nature of the sport.
Today, he competes in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting. Recreationally, he continues to enjoy to ski and waterski, as well as cycling, volleyball, tennis, hiking and camping.
Since leaving Bend, Dominick has moved around a lot (ask him about it), most recently in London before some time back in Bend with family, before joining us here in Denver.
Having been a self-proclaimed “co-team captain” and “assistant coach”, and interning at his first CrossFit box, he got his CF-L1 in 2019.

Zach Giese
Coach @driftingandlifting Zach grew up in Dallas, Texas and played almost ever sport out there growing up! He lettered in football, basketball, and baseball in high school, and was a state Golden Glove runner-up in boxing as well. Zach attended Texas State University where he majored in psychology. After playing college football, Zach really got in to strength training! He competed in power lifting and strongman competitions for the next 5 years, until unfortunately suffering a career ending back injury. After the back injury, Zach really studied ,and started incorporating, corrective and functional exercises in to his training to help with some of the holes in his game. This led to him losing 120 pounds in a goal to get healthier and have better overall fitness! After college Zach went in to the finance world, as a mortgage banker for 5 years. He hated being stuck behind a desk, so while laid up recovering from his back injury, he decided to make a career change. That was when he decided to turn his life long passion of fitness and working out in to his career. Since then, for the past 6 years, he has loved training and helping people on their own strength and fitness journey! He has many certifications in various forms of fitness from US Power Lifting to functional kettlebells. He loves to train well-rounded, and brings that same mindset to training his clients and classes!! |
