APEX Human Performance offers a full schedule of semi-private classes and personal training in our 8000 sqft facility including functional fitness, boxing, kickboxing, sweat, and yoga. if you're not quite ready to workout in a public space, we offer at home workouts that can be accessed anytime via the APEX portal to ensure you're meeting your goals while at home and be held accountable by a Transformation Coach. no matter your fitness or comfort level, we will meet you where you are.
we pride ourself on having the highest quality programming on the market—everyday is a new, challenging combination of barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell, gymnastic, and cardio movements (rowers, assault bikes, or running) guaranteed to push your fitness to the next level and make you stronger, faster, and leaner. APEXfit classes provide an hour-long functional fitness workout including this equipment as well as a proper warm-up and mobility movements based upon the WOD (workout of the day). perform your functional fitness in this semi-private class setting or individually with an experienced trainer and coach.
Boxing + Kickboxing
boxing and kickboxing inspired group fitness classes led by instructors and/or fighters with a collective of 30+ years experience. 50 minutes total including: 30 minutes of heavy bag work and mitts mixed with a bit of strength conditioning. No previous fist or kick throwing history required.
With reduced class sizes, we know it can be difficult to get into the APEXfit classes. we also get that lifting a barbell or jumping onto the rowers or assault bikes can be intimidating or may not be right for you or your body. Introducing Sweat, the same incredible twelve week programming of an APEXfit class structure but with dumbbells and no cardio machines. Class takes place in our APEX Fight room where no shoes are required.
